Review: There was a delay in a payment being delivered by my bank. So to ensure my account was up to date I sent another full payment check. When the company received the checks they were both cashed. During this time I cancelled the account due to the poor treatment I received from the company. I was called at work and told they I was wrong, I was told how wrong I was over and over again until he got my checks and cashed them. Once cashed the company has ignored my requests for the overpayment of 32.37. I have called, and left [redacted] messages. I only received one call on 5/** and he said he would speak yo accounts payable. He has continued to ignore me. I don't want anything else but my money owed to me.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the overpayment of 32.37 be refunded to me.
