I am not doing this just as a disgruntled customer. They are genuinely scamming people. Owner cancelled my appointment, which I scheduled 5 weeks in advance, and would not work with me to reschedule a new one. Then when I got angry about it sent text messages to my personal phone at 10:30 at night. Thinks that because people purchase discounted rates on Groupon that they do not have to honor what customers paid for and purchased in the Groupon contract. Says they reserve the right to cancel guests appointments within 24 hours. Scamming me and many others out of hundreds if dollars and know exactly what they are doing. I never got the services promised that I purchased and they harassed me afterwards for expecting what I PAID FOR
Product_Or_Service: Microblading
Billing Adjustment I want my money back that I paid for the Groupon as they didn't honor what they advertised and Groupon cant refund once redeemed. She also charged me $25 for the oils and medicine that would need to be applied, which also wasn't disclosed in the Groupon. Altogether lost $143 and have patchy, uneven eyebrows which they refuse to fix
I am the owner of Organic Changes. I have been in this location for six years. This is the first time any client of mine has complained to the Revdex.com. I always try to address any concerns my clients have if it is at all possible. In this case, I did the initial procedure. It is normal to then schedule a touch up appointment that is included in the Groupon price package. We scheduled a date for this. Unfortunately, I accidentally scheduled on a day I had a conflicting appointment. I contacted the client immediately, which was 4 days before her appointment to try to reschedule. I offered this lady several new schedule times, including working with her outside my normal business hours. She refused all reschedule options and demanded her money back. Since she purchased from Groupon, I explained she would have to request the money from them. She then contacted Groupon and had her money returned and then filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I explained to the owner of the business multiple times that my work hours are from 10-7 on weekdays. I did not refuse an appointment, but was refused to be worked with. From the beginning I stressed my availability was Saturdays only. As an hourly employee, I cannot take off whenever I want to. I also explained that this business is nearly an hour away from my work. In addition, I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance before it was cancelled on me 3 days before. She offered me multiple appointments at 5:00 on a weekday as if it were a favor. Might I stress further I am NOT able to get off of work as early as 4:00 to make it over there. I work until 7:00 so this was not something I was able to do. Groupon would not refund my money until after I explained the situation to over 5 employees and that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. It took two days and much of my time at work to do so. Guests should be worked with for a major cosmetic procedure, especially one that involves tattooing the face that has been cancelled due to company mistake. I had a major pageant coming up which has now been moved out due to COVID-19, but at the time, my need for an appointment was an emergency. I have never experienced something like this- after finally finding a new place to go, they were willing to accommodate me on a Sunday immediately after I explained the situation. This goes to show that this business simply did not want to work with me, likely due to me being a guest paying the Groupon prices
