Oregon Scientific provides a year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchaseSo the warranty on these tablets would have ended in December of By the time the complaint was filed in March the warranty would be overHowever it is our intent to do our best to assist in providing an option for the customerIn this case as the Meep Xare no longer in production and we do not have the product available to ship out the Smart Globes are our new replacement and we are happy to offer these as an option even though the warranty is over
