Oregon Scientific provides a 1 year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. So the warranty on these tablets would have ended in December of 2014. By the time the complaint was filed in March the warranty would be over. However it is our intent to do our best to assist in providing an...

option for the customer. In this case as the Meep X2 are no longer in production and we do not have the product available to ship out the Smart Globes are our new replacement and we are happy to offer these as an option even though the warranty is over.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: we purchased tablets not globes....tablets that were marketed as being rugged and kid tough, not globes. These two Meep X2 tablets had a one year warranty INCLUDING each replacement tablet and each tablet had broken and had to be replaced within one year of receiving.
