almost $and Mr[redacted] knew this was not a standard carport
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response does not make senseNo idea what $refers toBottom line is I paid a percent DEPOSIT for a carport that couldn't be delivered within a reasonable amount of time due to issues on their endThe delay then pushed them back into winter which caused an even longer delay in delivery due to weatherAfter having waited weeks and demanding a delivery date (didn't say it had to be right away, just wanted a day that they would be installing) they wanted to setup a delivery date but "it's the last delivery so it may not show up"I can't schedule a day off with that kind of flexibility.I had had enough of the excuses and the runaround and waiting for much longer than what was quoted and longer than the industry norm.I paid a deposit for a good that I haven't receivedI would like my deposit back Sincerely, [redacted]
maybe you didn't understand my answer to Mr*** complaint. For clarification: Mr*** Canceled his order and will not be delivered. The terms of the "Sales Agreements" states clearly that there will be "NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS". I have no more to say on this subject and have closed my file. TS***
almost $1000.00 and Mr.[redacted] knew this was not a standard carport.

I am rejecting this response because:seller broke contract in sales agreement by failing to deliver within the 60 days that their contract stated they would attempt to do so in good faith. I waited double the time stated in the contract by the seller without receiving goods. This issue is still unresolved.

reasonable amount of time due to issues on their end. The delay then pushed them back into winter which caused an even longer delay in delivery due to weather.
