SAME LEG PAIN AS 7 MTHS AGO
DR MILLER APATHY, REFUSED TO PRESCRIBE PAIN MED. NONE WAS GIVEN EVEN TEMPORARILY. OF COURSE BIG BILL ANYWAY.
REFERRAL BY MILLER TO OMG ORTHO BONE DOCTOR: WRONG DIAGNOSIS OF LEG AFTER CT SCANS (2). SUPPOSED TO BE CYST, INJURY AS MENTIONED TO HIM POPPED AND PAIN EVER SINCE. IT'S BEEN SINCE LAST SPRING SINCE INJURY, SAME BLAME PAIN EXISTS. WHO WOULD PAY FOR THIS POOR SERVICE? I DON'T RATE EVEN 1 STAR, ONLY WAS SELECTED TO SUBMIT REVIEW.

Oregon Medical Group received a phone message from you on Saturday the 3rd of Septand a complaint via the Revdex.com dated Sept 3rd received by Oregon Medical Group on WedSept 6, Oregon Medical Group phone hours are Monday-Friday 8:A.Mto 4:P.M., except on Holidays Monday the 5th was a holiday, so Oregon Medical Group billing office was closed Oregon Medical Group sent a delinquent letter dated July 18, for the $balance However, Oregon Medical Group found that a completed payment agreement was still in effect on your account so the payment agreement carried over for the service balances on your statement Oregon Medical Group pulled the August statement and verified it still had the request for $payment, rather than the full $balance The payment agreement had been removed after your August 22nd statement was sent As a result of this review Oregon Medical Group has canceled the $from collections The call you received was an automated dialer, which is to alert patient's they have a delinquent balance Between the time of the call and they received your return call, the balance had been sent to collections We have followed up with the company in how to handle these calls for future We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call Again, our apologies for the error made Sincerely, Billing Services Management

So sorry to hear this patient braved the bad weather and came in for her appointment at the clinic. There was an issue with Oregon Medical Groups vendor that was sending out notifications to our patients. Oregon Medical Group is working with the vendor to get this corrected. Oregon
Medical Group did put the clinic closure due to inclement weather message on the Oregon Medical Group website for our patients or anyone that may need this information

Oregon Medical Group Clinic spoke with Mr. [redacted]f on 02/03/16.  At that time, Mr. [redacted]f requested Oregon Medical Group cease the reminder calls for the flu shot.  Oregon Medical Group submitted that request to Patient Prompt to "opt out" any future automated calls (including...

appointment reminder calls) for Mr. [redacted]of which he was made aware and stated that was ok with him.  As of 02/04/16 1:13pm Mr. [redacted] phone # has been removed from this automated service.

Holidays.  Monday the 5th was a holiday, so Oregon Medical Group billing office was closed. 
Oregon Medical Group sent a delinquent letter dated July 18, 2016 for the $71.44 balance.  However, Oregon Medical Group found that a completed 2015 payment agreement was still in effect on your account so the payment agreement carried over for the 2016 service balances on your statement.  Oregon Medical Group pulled the August 2016 statement and verified it still had the request for $30.00 payment, rather than the full $71.44 balance.  The payment agreement had been removed after your August 22nd statement was sent.  As a result of this review Oregon Medical Group has canceled the $71.44 from collections.  The call you received was an automated dialer, which is to alert patient's they have a delinquent balance.  Between the time of the call and they received your return call, the balance had been sent to collections.  We have followed up with the company in how to handle these calls for future.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.  Again, our apologies for the error made.
