Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I already stated that with the bad lighting & with the quilting on the mattress shadows appear as discolorationsNo matter what angle pictures are taken from there are shadowsif anyone at the bankrupt formally known as Oregon Mattress Co now called Bedco Mattress outlet was intelligent enough to look at the photos & notice that the shadows (DISCOLORATIONS) are in a different spot with each different angle from which the picture was taken yhey would be able to deduce that they are in fact shadowsSincerely, [redacted]

At Oregon Mattress we strive to provide good quality and good service to all of our consumers Our warranty clearly states that stains and soiling void the warrantyWhen we received the warranty complaint along with the pictures we noticed an area that looked stainedWe asked the consumer if
we could get another picture just of the mattress, as we did not want to deny the claim encase it was just bad lighting When we asked for the other picture, the consumer did not send any additional picturesHe started sending rude emails, and demanding we call himWe attempted to call him, but he gave the wrong numberHe berated us via email and then gave the correct number so we could callHe has not yet provided us with any pictures to show that the mattress is not stained
