In the spring a softball team ordered fan ** from us. The fan gear was embellished with their logo as they orderedand picked up. At that time some items) fte back ordered and a delay in delivery of those items resulted. Whenmost of the items came in they also were embellished with their logo.During this back order period and after the season had begun, some of the parents took their girls off this team andformed a new team with a different name. It was at this time they decided that they did not want the merchandiseand wanted a refund. Merchandise was already at the store ready for pick-up.
It is my understanding that many emails were sent including an email on 7/13/15 stating that we could refund themoney. No new dialogue occurred following this reply.

personally emailed Ray on 5/5/2015,6/24/2015,7/7/2015 and 7/13/2015. I have all those emails with no response. Finally, I started calling the store. I left over 3 messages with staff and no one would call me back. Several other parents had called as well. We did receive our 6 checks for the families on the team and for that we are grateful, but it took filling a formal complaint with the Revdex.com to resolve this. Sincerely,[redacted]
