CUSTOMER CAME IN WITH CRACKED FAN HOUSING AND VAC TOP TO BOTTOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY FILTHYBRUSHROLL FULL OF HAIR TO THE POINT WHERE ALL BRISTLES WHERE COVERED BY HAIR, NEGLECT OF THE VACUUM NOT SERVICED IN YEARS, TECH REPLACED FAN HOUSING

They are not being honestIt was serviced at another Location (Jefferson ave)before they moved to this new locationIt was serviced 1/years ago and they replaced the brush, did a tune up and charged usI went ahead and purchased a new vacuum from a company with integrityWe vacuum our house twice a week, we wont live in a dirty homeI would prefer a refundof 4/10ths the purchase price (only used six out of ten years warranted)
