Review: Was told ore needs a credit card number to reserve an item. My card would not be charged until I rented an item. They charged my credit card $675.21 when in fact I did not even rent anything. I did reserve an item and had to cancel that reservation due to rain. The person there told me as long as I called ahead to cancel which I did. That would be ok. There would be no chargesDesired Settlement: I should not be charged something for something I never got. I would like to be refunded in full. I tried to call the people but they were very rude. I asked for a refund and they would not respond.
