7-12-at 6:pm a message was sent to the complaints friend that there custom order was ready for pickupOn 7-13-approximately at noon the complaints friend arrived and was showed both sets and was extremely pleased on how well they turned outOn 7-14-was contacted via a message on Facebook at 10:10am that she was not pleased with her orderShe left me her contact information and I contacted her via phone on 7-14-at 12:During the conservation she explained to the best of her ability what was wrong with her bean bag setI asked to see the boards and we meet on 7-15-in the morning around 10amI explained to her in a very respectful way that this was not the condition they left my residence when her friend had picked them up on 7-13-offered multiple times to fix them for her at no additional cost and she refused each timeI also reinstated that she custom ordered the boards and a full refund was not negotiableI agreed to offer her a refund of $in which she acceptedI also requested that she take her boards back as she had purchased themShe stated she did not want themAt that time she asked her child to go to the car and proceeded to threaten me that she was going to get her husband to deal with this issue in a verbally aggressive wayI maintained a professional stature and apologized to her for the way the boards now lookedI restated that this was not the condition they left inI again reinstated that her friend was pleased with all of the bean bag boards when they left my premisesI told her for a custom order should be picked up by the buyer and not a friendThat way she could have seen the condition they were inAlso on a side noted in her complaint she stated "I had put them away for the night and they got all scratched up when moving them to the garage"I do not know how long the boards sat in a vehicle as it was extremely warm that dayThe manufacturing cure time for the polyurethane is hours before it can be usedAccording to the time line about the boards were over the max try timeI made several attempts to correct the board that the customer admitted to damaging the product at no additional costIf needed to provide I have documentation of Facebook messages and date and time and length of the phone conversation available for your reviewDesired settlement Customer to have her quality custom made bean bag game as she ordered

I am rejecting this response because:
I was the one who felt threatened. I did say that I wish my husband would have been with as I felt this man would have been much more respectful. He did not say I could have then back. There is no place for reviews on his business via Facebook and his website. I only had his Facebook page to send message initially. It was a terrible product. My husband is in the building industry and we know how varnish works. My friend did not see her or mine until after dropping off, as he loaded them into her car. She came directly to my home, they did not sit in her car. And although she was not happy with hers, she works with him, and didn't want to deal with the backlash. Not a happy customer.
