apple supply would not last so we then planned on closing by 2pmAt noon when customers started coming out of the orchard with little to no apples, we told customers upon entering that there were not many apples and what we did have were high up in the trees but we had picking poles available
At this point as people came out of the orchard with empty bags we indeed refunded all monies to all customers that requested itI was the supervisor down in the field that day and did not deny anyone a refundWe have no problem refunding this customer her money
Refund was mailed to the customer on 10/**/and the customer has cashed the checkI hope this resolves the issueThank you

Review: I went to apple picking on 10/**/14. There're not much apple left in the orchard. They know the fact but still charge $9.00 per person. All the people there complaint about the fact. But the people from the orchard there in charge just did not care. They just want to sell their tickets, $9.00 per person. It's a ripoff. Tell everybody you know DO NOT GO THERE!!!Desired Settlement: I'd like to have a refund since their sales and services didn't meet the minimum expectation. I went there with my kids and other friends' kids, total 9 people. I should have got $81.00 back.If they do not refund the tickets I purchased, I'd like Revdex.com know this business is very bad. Tell everybody you know DO NOT GO THERE!!!
