Failed to notify customer to additional repairs due to work completed after closing and they were in a rush resulting in additional repairs needed.Customer bought a tire and agreed to install it. Customer found vehicle to be missing two lugs and a tire sensor. Indian Orchard Auto Wrecking reported to customer, "they were in a rushing and working overtime, doing a favor for you." They said they'd replace the two lug nuts, but not the installation fee-that they were given what the customer paid for. They claimed this was not a safety issue, contradictory to [redacted] report. They also stated that they would not fight over two tiny lug nuts, but failed to realize that they did not provide safe service because they were in a rush to leave work.Desired SettlementI would like the refund of the [redacted] installation fee and apology for the condescending attitude they had when I spoke to them in trying to rectify the situation.
