Have been a customer of Orbitcom for the last 5 years. We moved our business recently and cancelled our service of 5-lines when we moved. We went with another local company. Orbitcom than billed us for the remainder of the year (2014, to the tune of $1869.23! This is for "early termination", "free Month Added back on" and taxes. Not sure when we received the "free" month? As for "early termination" I guess you have to be a customer for forever to get a break from switching to another company. At this time getting nowhere in trying to be released of these charges. Customer service no help, our salesperson (no longer there)-new saleperson can do nothing. I would like relief from these charges as no service has been given and it is wrong!

The WORST customer & internet service around. Our Internet has not worked for 2 years. They have absolutely refused to come and fix the problem. Our rep, [redacted], is the worst. She has yelled, screamed, threatened to charge us thousands for cancellation of service and hung up on us. Her manager has told us that she is one of the best they have. He has refused to come help, too. We have also been overcharged and have not received a credit.
