I wish there was zero stars. This company destroyed half my items. They show up with ridiculous upcharges and demand payments in cash or Walmart cards. Employees hired on Craigslist. Complete bums

Moving company moved our household from one truck to another without permission putting our items in a dirty truck. Items were damaged and missing.
Company picked up load in *** on 2/28/20 and delivered on 3/4/20 in ***. Company moved three bedroom household from a *** at pickup to another truck for delivery which was in terrible and dirty shape. Almost all items were damaged and dirty. Items movers taped up or covered were not all unpacked at destination. Mover's taped items such as metal cabinets that were damaged when tape was removed. Several items were missed metal knobs and hardware. Truck was filthy with other people's items mixed with ours. Some items were missing. Movers dirtied carpeted stairs with dollies from outside, carrying heavy items with dolly instead of by hand. Company would not return our calls for help. Company demanded about $1500 over binding estimate to have items delivered. Mover in charge at destination was rude and said he didn't have time to help us find our items such as furniture hardware when he was asked to sweep inside of truck out to look for these. Said he had to get to another job. Was verbally abusive towards us when questioned about the condition of the truck and our household items. Truck arrived two days after promised delivery date resulting in unexpected lodging costs.

Stole our whole house of belongings , Gave fraudulent names, addresses, and phone numbers. Fraudulent and scam artists there currently being investigated by the FM CSA, FBI and are also wanted by local authorities.
