Review: Orbit investments is taking my payments and is is connected to [redacted] ..and online land sales company I have a land mortgage on land in [redacted]..I have requested and my wife [redacted] has requested on 6 occasions in the past 3 months for a new payment book.request by email and phone conversations have been ignored..every 4 to 5 months for a couple of years paying my land mortgage..orbit investments has sent letter claiming our land tax on the [redacted] land in [redacted] county nv has gone up so orbit will be adding $25 to $30 a month on our mortgage to cover tax ingress..each time I checked with the l[redacted] county tax office..says NO NO NO.THERE ARE NO TAX INCREASES..and that they have had orbit trying to scam people with this false practice before..also have rewuezted payoff. No reponceDesired Settlement: Please stop trying to add what your reps are calling tax increases..when there are no tax increases..your collection department has tried this on me about every 3 or 4 months..we need a new payment book with same payment agreed upon..also would like a written payoff..without any added charges..we need an up front company..that is legite..not by out land company that trys to rip you offyou and never responds
