s membership was terminated by our fitness studio on December 31 rt 2019 due to hisinappropriate actions involving a verbal domestic dispute with his ex-wife Inside the fitness studio. Heyelled disparaging and demeaning profanities at her in front of other studio members and staff, whichmade the other members and staff uncomfortable. The owner called *** after this occurred to discusssame and ultimately terminated his membership. During that phone conversation, he did acknowledgethe situation and his actions. He thereafter called the studio speaking to the front desk and asked forthe owners' personal addresses, which were not given to him, as same is personal information and aninappropriate request (and such request could reasonably be considered as concerning). Mr.behavior is not tolerated inside of the fitness studio, and due to these actions, his membership wasterminated. Any member that took such actions would be asked to leave as a member. As a courtesy toMr., he was refunded two months of membership dues that had been paid for, since he waspartially through a paid month and had made another purchase shortly before his termination. He maybe unhappy he cannot return to the studio but it was due to his acknowledged actions.
