Orangetheory Fitness Lithia

I spoke with and cancelled my membership with the club manager Ms. Q. and I have documentation via email indicating the cancellation. I went to the club twice as instructed and the employees could not find the form that Ms. Q. stated she left. I contacted Ms. Q. several times in regards to this official form and in addition her employees contacted her and still no form. My member is cancelled as agree upon but she continual bills me. I do not live in Florida and this is deceptive and unethical business practices almost to the point of fraud. I had to contact my credit card company to block this billing. I highly recommend no one every join this club and I am going to contact a lawyer in addition to your assistance due to the deception.
