Hello [redacted],Here's a snapshot:1. Mr. [redacted] called at 2:20 pm. on 09/10/2015 and said he was supposed to be working in Victoria, Texas instead of Orange, Texas and enquired whether there was a possibility of getting a refund. Told him that since weekly rentals are...

discounted substantially, no refunds are allowed. However, to keep guests happy refunds may be made by pro-rating the rates to the daily prevailing rate and in this case, he will be charged for two days at $59.99+tax per night.2. Check out time is 11:00am and he had called well past check-out time and the room was already serviced by the housekeeper as a stay over and gone for the day.3. Mr. [redacted] came back again in the evening of 09/10/2015 and sought refund from the desk clerk who after contacting me (i was already gone for the day) told him that refund will be mailed either in the form of a money order or check.4. Mr. [redacted] had continued arguing with the desk clerk and got louder and louder. The desk clerk respectfully asked him to calm/cool down but he still continued. Finally, fearing for her safety told Mr. [redacted] that she would have to call the law in order for him to leave and after realizing what could happen he left.5. Mr. [redacted] once again called on 09/11/2015 and albeit being dis-respectful (i had to hang up on him after letting him know), and was told that my order will be mailed at the address on file. Wanted address verified and added apartment number since he was not going to be home for at least eleven months.6. Money Order in the amount of $189.83 was mailed on 09/11/2015.7. The room rented to Mr. [redacted] is a non-smoking and does not have any smoke odors. The air-condition also works.[redacted],[redacted]
