Review: Vehicle was supposed to have front brakes replaced and machined, back brakes replaced and radiator flushed with water and antifreeze replaced. Vehicle was supposed to be completed same day. [redacted] stated that the business was behind and would need until 11:00 am the next day (Saturday, 11/23/2013. We agreed to the next day. Saturday I received a call that they were still behind and the vehicle would not be ready until approximately 12:30 pm. [redacted] stated that he would call me by 11:00 to let me know when the vehicle would be ready. [redacted] never called. At approximately 2:20 we went to the business to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was not ready. [redacted] stated they needed another 15 minutes. I left to run another errand and returned at approximately 3:00 pm. he vehicle was still not ready. I paid the bill and was told that it would be 5 more minutes. At 3:30 I went back into the office and the vehicle was still not ready. I was told it would be another 5 minutes. at 3:50 the vehicle was brought to us and my son drove it home. I had to use the vehicle to pick up my sister from work. Once I began driving the brakes pushed to the floor. We got back home safely and upon further inspection there was what appeared to be brake fluid in the engine compartment and the radiator had no water or anti freeze. I am glad that the brakes did not fail while we were driving it. I feel this was a potential for a serious accident that could have injured my family or the public.Desired Settlement: I want the repairs to be completed correctly (brakes and radiator)and in a timely manner. Not an entire day or two.
