Review: On October 30th, I called customer service about my 2014 Dodge Dart that I had drop off the day prior to check the status. I was informed by the customer service agent that my car had some how had a wire cut under the hood and that I should expect to have my car back on November 4th. I said that I found it strange that a wire suddenly was "cut" under the hood considering I have never been under the hood. They explained that the service tech said it was cut and they could not give me any more information.

I called back ten minutes later to ask about the possiblity of a rental due to the time frame of the repairs, I spoke to [redacted] in the service department. The customer service agent then asked my last name, I told him that my name was [redacted] and he then asked if I said [redacted] and spelled it out to me. I then asked him if he was making a joke and I could hear chuckling in the background. He then asked me my first name I said [redacted], and he said ok [redacted]. I was extremely offended and the customer service of this establishment truly made me sick today. As a veteran, I am upset that my name was made a joke when I simply wanted a resolution to a problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak to the general manager of the location and the reason he allows his customer services reps to treat his customers in such a disrespectful manner. I would also like an apology.
