I highly recommend O & R Screens. We had just installed a bunch of retractable [redacted] screens, but none of them were working properly and we couldn't figure out the problem. I called [redacted] asking for help and they recommended [redacted] from O & R screens. We hired O & R Screens, and as soon as [redacted] arrived he knew from his extensive experience what was wrong with each screen and had all of them fixed and working flawlessly in no time! He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and his professionalism is top-notch. Thank you, [redacted]!

Review: To Whom it May Concern,We contacted O&R Screens and its owner, [redacted], to install a retractable screen on a French door at our house on 6/**/13. He is an authorized dealer for Clearview Screens, based in Jacksonville, FL. The sales quote for the product and installation was $750. We gave Mr. [redacted] a 50% deposit check for $375 which was cashed the next day. The installation was supposed to be on 6/**/13. Despite now 6 phone calls asking for an update and now asking for our money back, Mr. [redacted] has not returned one phone call to us. We called Clearview Screens in FL directly and were informed that we are not the first people this has happened to and that the Company (Clearview Screens) was in the process of cancelling its dealership agreement with Mr. [redacted]. At this point, we would like our money back and to have Revdex.com flag this company as fraudulent.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of $375 requested.
