According to our records, the customer ordered our testosterone booster and muscle builder on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/05/2018 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $3.95. The trial expired on 02/02/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/02/2018: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 02/08/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 02/02/2018 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:$89.37 Trans ID: 79563323 dated 02/15/2018. $85.97 Trans ID: 3981847665 dated 02/15/2018. According to our records, the customer ordered our testosterone booster and muscle builder on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/05/2018 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $3.95 and $1.95. The trial expired on 02/07/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial we attempted to charge them $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder but the charges were declined. Our customer account manager reprocessed the declined orders on 03/02/2018 therefore our customer was charged $85.97 for testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/29/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Unfortunately on 04/07/2018 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with refunds, we appreciate your understanding.
