When Mr [redacted] initially called he said he was moving and needed to cancel our service and the issue of check sent to us in errorHe also asked for refund of money paid for services that would not be used by him because of moving I explained his alarm installing company would have to approve refunding unused fees I received instructions to refund all prepaid payments on June I advised Mr [redacted] that the refund check will be for $and I requested a check be processed On July 2, I told Mr [redacted] the check was to be mailed the following day and he should have it by July at the latest I received a call from Mr [redacted] on July 8, he was very irritated and said that he had not received the check A new check was issued late yesterday afternoon and is being sent by certified mail today I will call Mr [redacted] to let him know it is on its way We are reviewing our procedures in an effort to prevent this situation from happening in the future

refunding unused fees. I received instructions to refund all prepaid payments on June 4. I advised Mr. [redacted] that the refund check will be for $117.54 and I requested a check be processed.
On July 2, 2014 I told Mr. [redacted] the check was to be mailed the following day and he should have it by July 7 at the latest. I received a call from Mr. [redacted] on July 8, he was very irritated and said that he had not received the check.
A new check was issued late yesterday afternoon and is being sent by certified mail today. I will call Mr [redacted] to let him know it is on its way.
We are reviewing our procedures in an effort to prevent this situation from happening in the future.
