Chris is knowledgable, efficient, showed up when he said he would and operates with integrity (he won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge) Most of our communication was through e-mail and Chris was always prompt in replying The stationary pane in a sliding bedroom window was cracked Chris' initial quote based on my information through e-mail was about half of other companies who quoted the job and when he came out to measure the window he adjusted his quote *down* when he saw that I hadn't been too clear in my measurements The final quote was ONE-THIRD of the other companies The final project looks great and the area was left clean! Thanks Chris!!
