[redacted] is a lead generation company that we do not own, we simply buy leads from themWe are aware that they quote rates on their website for SFR's and not condosThis is their system not oursWhen we receive the lead from [redacted] we give a full and accurate quote to our potential clientsAt no time did we bait and switch this customer we simply gave him a quote based on what information he provided usInterest rates and fees can change multiple times a day, these rates and fees are not guaranteed until a client chooses to lock in a quote which we've sent him in writing
