Optimum Builders Hawaii

David C of Optimum Builders Hawai’i was employed by us 12/2018-2/2020 to remodel our home. Our contract was for 4 months but he failed to show up and work more often than not so the time was prolonged an extra 10 months and he still never finished. One day last month he packed up his tools and hasn’t been in contact with us. He has been dishonest numerous times to us and C and C Cabinet by squandering the money we gave him to pay for supplies and the cabinets. He is in debt to us and the cabinet company for thousands of dollars. I don’t recommend him due to lack of work ethic, dishonesty, and failure to manage time and money. It was a bad business deal we regret.

Optimum Builders Hawaii LLC with David C as contractor failed to keep contract and finish paid work. Contracted work was for 5 months (12/19-5/19) for remodel and it has been over 14 months (2/20) with projects still unfinished and contractor failing to come and do the work. Contractor has already been paid for all of the work and he fails to respond to texts and phone calls about refunding us supply money ($3000) for supplies not bought. He fails to respond about missing cabinet pieces already purchased and missing bathtub pieces also already purchased. He failed to pay C&C Cabinets Granite, Inc. the remaining $11,000 so unable to obtain missing cabinet pieces.
