We are at a loss as to why this person said we have not responded to her requests. We received the first request to cancel her...

service via an e-mail dated October 15th 2015. She sent it again on the 16th and once again on the 17th. We had already serviced her account for September. There had been no other requests for cancellation that we can find in our records. There was no note on the service order (log) for a cancellation and we do not have a Facebook presence so of course we would never have received any messages via the Social Media. If she wished to cancel our service, we are wondering why she did not let the service person know before he completed the September service? OR sent a cancellation note with her August payment? We have now cancelled her service and credited her account for the September Service. We were attending to only her chemical needs as our contract was for chemicals only. She would have been responsible for the cleaning of filters and the physical pool. We have explained to her in the past that if she does not run the pool filters and clean the pool the chemicals cannot keep the pool clean. Please know we [redacted] no longer attend to her chemical needs and have credited her account for the September service.
