Review: I ordered two weight-loss products from this company for a trial basis of 14 days. One product was $4.95 & one was $ 0.95. These charges appeared on my bank statement on February 16, 2015 so that was the date I was going by with my intention to cancel within the 14-day trial.On March 1, 2015, I discovered that I had been billed an additional $59.32 for one of the products so I called the company immediately. However, the company stated that the product was actually ordered on March 13 & that I should have notified them by February 28th about cancelling any future orders .Even though I missed the cancellation by one day, the company adamantly refused to refund my money. The person with whom I spoke and I got into an argument. In addition to the above, I forgot to mention that, on the morning of Saturday, February 28, 2015, I had an accidental fall at my apartment complex which required a trip to the Emergency Room at [redacted] Hospital & I ended up having to use a leg brace & crutches. Needless to say, getting hurt that morning & having to make a trip to the Emergency Room later that same day caused me to completely forget about the matter with this company. With an unexpected trip and copay to the E.R., the last thing I needed was a charge for an undesired product in the amount of $59.32.On March 1st, right after I called the phone number to cancel the first product for which I was charged $59.32, I called and cancelled the second product. It was then that I discovered that both products were sold by the same company even though the phone numbers for customer service were different for each product. At the time I called to cancel the second product, NO CHARGE HAD BEEN MADE TO MY ACCOUNT... not even any pending charges. This morning), I checked my bank statement to discover that the company had gone ahead & charged me another $78.00 for the second product. The CSR adamantly declared they would not refund my money. In addition to being rude and denying a refund, the (see below)Desired Settlement: CSR with whom I spoke this morning tried to tell me that I had called them earlier TODAY at something like 8:40 a.m. I asked, "What are you talking about? I was ASLEEP at that time!" She insisted it was me that called & I insisted that it was not. I asked if perhaps the person who called could have been a representative of my bank because I had disputed the charges. The CSR started yelling at me, I called them rip-off artists, told them I was reporting them, & I hung up. FULL REFUND=$137.00+

An attempt was made to call her back which she did not answer at that time. Ms [redacted] has not attempted to contact the company since. Despite the fact that she appears to have missed all of the on-site verbiage detailing the program, we still provided her with a number of ways to contact us &/or to remove herself from the program as follows: o The website that she signed up on has an Easy Cancel button on the top right corner and through the site that would allow her to cancel her membership prior to rebilling, without needing to speak to anyone. o All of the email correspondence that she received from us includes instructions on how she could have contacted us by telephone or email to get more details or to cancel. We provide a 7 day a week Customer Support Line at 855-986-2646 and we strive to answer and callers within 2 minutes or less. o Lastly, the literature that she would have received with the initial shipment includes detailed instructions for product usage, program details and customer support contact details via email and telephone. All that said we have provided you with a copy of the complete record of our communications with Ms [redacted]. It’s very unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] feels that she was victimized. we respectfully submit this response to each point. 1) We acknowledge the

customer accepts the initial shipping charges. 2) As stated in the terms and

conditions agreed upon, the trial begins when the customer places the order.

The date of the charge posting is subject to customers lending institution. 3)

The customer did call on 4 occasions as displayed in the provided notes (a

recording of all calls is available upon request) and was advised of the

charges agreed upon. The charges of $59.52 and $78.94 were applied on 2/28/15.

4) The products do come from the same company but are two different products.

The customer did hang up and the account was canceled. The agent attempted to

call back for a resolution; this was not a “harassment” call but a customer

service call of good will and intention. 5) The initial response to the Revdex.com

complaint was as concise as possible and we apologize if the content was lost

in translation. As shown in the notes, no refunds were offered or required to

settle this account. We attempted to contact the customer for resolution but

our attempts were ignored. 6) According to our records, no request or

requirement of a refund was necessary and the customer did acknowledge that we

attempted to contact her for resolution. We apologize for any misunderstanding

Review: I ordered the Natural Cleanse Pro for a 14 day trial for $4.95. I tried the product and it did not work as advertised. The company debited my bank account $89.99 for the total cost of the product. I called the company and was told to return the product for a full refund because it did not work. I did so, and was not refunded my money. I called the company today 09/02/2014 and spoke with a representative named [redacted] at ext 3169. She proceeded to tell me that because the product was open, there would not be a refund. This product was advertised for a 14 day free trial and could be returned if it did not work as stated. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I could. After being on hold, [redacted] came back on the line and stated that the supervisor was busy but the would refund me $22.00 "out of the kindness of their heart." I asked for the Supervisors name and was told that they could not give that to me. I asked for the state in which they were running this businss and was told that it was on the east coast and not the state for protection of the company.Desired Settlement: I would like the other $67.99 that they debited out of my account.

Review: After receiving one bottle of the product after making the complementary order on Feb 22, 2014, thereafter, I was charged on Mar 10 ($79.73), Apr 9 ($79.62) and May 8th ($78.34). From these times, I did NOT receive any further product. I went online to cancel and then called the number to receive a refund. They said they would NOT refund me. I told them that I will get my lawyer today to get a refund and I will not settle for anything less than 2 months refund. I also told [redacted] that you cannot charge me for a product that I'm not receiving. She kept trying to refer me to the terms and conditions and that she couldn't give me a refund. I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. After being on hold for about a minute, there wasn't a supervisor available and that she would "look into it further" to see what she could do. I had to constantly negotiate for a refund that was rightfully mine. I was told that in February, I received a two months supply (Feb/Mar). I was given full refund for May and only half for Apr.Desired Settlement: Rest of the refund for Apr. Plus, acknowledgement of false advertizement after the 14 days to be charged AND receive additional product. I didn't receive anything. Hopefully, a strong negative rating that will allow customers to beware of this particular site. Thank you.

In addition to the unauthorized charges to my debit account (which caused bounced bills on other actual bills), the staff from Optimal Health Products was calling my cell phone at least 10 times throughput the day/night. Sometimes calling literally back to back, over and over again, until I was forced to block the number due to severe harassment. The number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES of $59.52 & $78.94 reversed on my debit card. I will be more than happy to send any product back as it is nothing but a fraud. and a money scam.

There was no fine print on the automatic enrollment program that I was supposedly agreeing to. Review: Product was a free sample but had to pay for shipping and handling. Tried product for three days and was told to discontinue use by family doctor, as product caused health issues. I called the company immediately to explain I did not want the product. They then proceeded to ship me 2 more orders of the product without my consent and charge my credit card without my knowledge. I contacted them twice and on the second call I asked to speak to a manager then the customer service rep told me I was calling the wrong number. I then received another order in the mail. Each charge on credit card was a different amount each time that again I was not aware of until viewing my statement. They have a return link on their website that does not work and it only directs you to call the customer service number where they just argue with you.

I am out of pocket $312.35 and stuck with product that is not safe to use .

Review: I ordered what appeared to be a 14 free trial offer for a charge of .95 for one product and $4.95 for the other product. I read completely through the visible fine print and noticed nothing about being charged anything further. The advertisement stated 100% refund if not completely satisfied. I have a chronic health condition and was advised by my health care professional that I didn't need to take this as it would make my condition worse. I tried to call over the weekend to see if I could return my unopened package to this business and found out that they had no customer service hours. This morning I checked my account and I had two charges of $59.52 and $78.94 on my account for this products. I called the customer service this morning and was advised that I could only get a $35% refund and should have read the terms and conditions. I told them that it was unopened and I couldn't use it because of health reasons and they stated again I should have read the fine print. They advertised this as a 100% completely satisfied or your money would be returned. My initial $5.90 trial has now cost me an additional $138.46. All they would refund me is $48.46. No where on the paperwork that was sent to me did I say that I needed to cancel anything or I would be billed further. I have all the emails I received from them. This company preys upon those individuals desperate to lose weight and seeing a "no risk" "100% refund" appears to be a win-win situation, as if you have nothing to lose. This was shipped on 8/4/2015 and I didn't receive it until 8-6-2015, thus there was no way I could have completed a 14 day trial!!! They billed me 14 days from the day I ordered which was 4 days short of a full 14 day trial!!!Desired Settlement: I want the remaining $90 refunded to my account immediately. Further, they should not be allowed to advertise that you will be completed satisfied or be refunded. This company needs to be forced out of business, but at this point I just want my money back and they can have my unopened products back.

Review: This company offered a free 30 day bottle of their supplement, Garcinia Cambogia XT (all you pay is $4.95 shipping). Part of the offer was a discounted bottle of Natural Cleanse. I ordered both items on Aug 1, 2014. I received them within a week. On Sept 16, 2014, I noticed 2 charges in my bank account. One for $78.94 and for $59.52. When I called customer service, they said I had signed up for a 14 day free trial and that since that had run out, they charged me the full price of the items. Well, it has been a month and a half since I ordered these items and now they charge me. First, the customer no-service person offers me a 35% refund. Then when I ask to speak to a manger, they offer a 50% discount. The entire time I am speaking to this girl, I hear someone in the background instructing her on what to say. I said I wanted a total refund and I would send the product back, but they would not give in. I was so frustrated and getting no where, I took the 50%, for now, and decided I'd go to the Revdex.com right away. Once I took the 50% offer, the other woman instructing the customer service girl, said "whew". This is a complete rip-off and I am ashamed I ever trusted.Desired Settlement: I desire a total refund of the funds they removed from my account, which would be the remaining 50% - $69.23 . I responded to a free 30 day supply, not a 14 day trial.

Review: I ordered their garcinia cambogia diet pills and was billed monthly on my credit card.I disputed this because I did not to my knowledge agree to the terms of a payment beyond the initial 5$ trial.Desired Settlement: to have my money returned to my credit card

Review: I called the business phone number and canceled this product on April 16, 2014. Then I received another package on or after April 22, 2014 so I called the business number on the bottle [redacted] and it confirmed my membership has been canceled. So I noticed on my online banking I had been charged twice from an unknown company ONC for $59.21 once in April and again in May. I talked to a representative that stated he could only give me 30% credit of each charge and that I should of called the number on the website and not the bottle. I think it was very misleading to have a toll free contact on the bottle if it wasn't the number that I would need for assistance. Please help, I am not trying to be difficult but I was not working and $120.42 is a lot to just take from an individual who didn't have it. Full refund is needed

Review: To begin with, the company name in the Revdex.com and any other websites differs from the advertised on the product itself (Optimal Health Products Inc, same address, same number, same website but different name).

I purchased the trial offer on this product under the impression that all of the "excellent" reviews where true; not happy to say that these are more prepared by the company itself more than being actual consumers telling their experiences with it. There are NO T&C disclosed on the website where you go and purchase the product, however, once you call the CS line to ask for a refund because the products do not really work, they tell you that you agreed to pay in full if you didn't call and cancel within the first 14 days of trying the product, which in reality is less than 7 days because from the time you place the order till the time you get the product is almost a week. The advertisement said " Free product, just pay $4.95 S&H" when the truth is that if you do not cancel within 14 days you get charged almost $80 for one bottle and then $60 for the other one... other thing that is NOT fully disclosed on the website is that you "only have 30 days" to cancel and get a "partial" refund of the fee you just paid.

It is a FALSE statement and it's taking advantage of the customers in a really bad way. By not fully disclosing this information on their website, the customer is agreeing to get robbed in a big way by this company. It's almost like FRAUD.

I am extremely disappointed with this company for not being honest with the customer and for having such a BAD CS. Once you call ( and I did several times), the Reps never put notes in the system meaning that if you call again, no one knows that you already called for the same issue; IF you ask for a supervisor, they tell you that they have the same authority level as a supervisor and that no one is available, if you still insist in speaking to one supervisor, they just say "one moment" and hang up on you (happened more than once to me), If I call back and ask directly if they do not have supervisors the answer is? WE DO NOT, how come a "serious" company does not have supervisor overseeing the CS department when they know that a reasonable percentage of customers is going to request one? Really?

I have lost over $300 in products that have FALSE advertising and an awful customer service that only tells you there is nothing they can do for you.. pretty much the same as saying, bad luck, just threw over $300 to the trash can.Desired Settlement: IF there is an actual (REAL and SERIOUS) company behind this products, I would like to first, get a FULL refund for the products I've received ( which I am glad to send back if required, unopened and sealed). Second, to fully train your CS staff to handle customers calls in a proper and respectable manner (after all, the first and mainly business rule is: customer is always right), and third, to FULLY DISCLOSE the T&C on your offers and subscriptions, if there is any fine print, to make sure that the consumer is aware of it. No T&C, PP or Refund policy disclosed on your website, and for a person who works for an ecomm credit card processor, it is unacceptable to sell products on a website that does not comply with the PCI compliance rules. Would love to know who is processing for this company because it is in violation on these regulations.

They did not call to inform customer care they did not want to continue until after the billing took place on 3/06/15. • Ms. [redacted] then called customer service on 3/20/15 at that time she was offered refunds. The customer accepted a full refund on the most recent charges resulting in a refund of $138.46 total. This was agreed to on the call by the customer on 3/20/15. Review: I ordered a "free" trial of their product and two weeks later (just 3 days after the product was received) I was charged 78.94 for the "free" trial. I disputed the charge and this "company" sent phoney evidence to my credit card company including a "packing list" showing this charge, which I never received. They also sent copies of a their "website" which a) is not where I placed my order and b) cannot be found on the web now.Desired Settlement: Given the other complaints listed, I don't expect it but I would appreciate this "company" stepping up and giving back the money they stole from me.

Review: I went to a website that said that garcinia cambogia xt was a very good weight loss product. it also said that there was no obligation to buy anything more after I purchased the trial product. they charged my account $78.94 and when I called they said that I should have read the terms. I would have but the site ORIGINALLY said that it was a one time only charge. I can't find the site now and the new ones don't say the same things. there are a couple of websites that shows complaints about the same things. Review: My wife and I took advantage of what we believed to be a free trial from this company for Garcinia Cambogia XT; a dietary supplement. When I went to the website, it indicated that you could receive a free trial of their product for the simple cost of shipping and handling. Both my wife and I decided to request the free sample. We received confirmation emails indicating that we would receive the product in 4 - 5 days and that we would only be billed $4.95 for shipping and handling. We also received emails confirming that the product had been sent with instruction on how to take the product to receive the best results. We received the products in about that time and have started using them. Little did we know that we were obliged to elect not to continue service with the company and did not wish to receive more of their product within 15 days or we would be charged additional fees. This information was not contained in any of the emails that were sent to us or on the receipts for the payments that we made to them. As a result, both my wife and I were charged basically $80.00 for the “next month’s shipment.” We haven't even been able to use the product long enough to determine if it is working as advertised and or decide if we even want to continue to use the product. But what is more infuriating is the fact that we were never aware that this would occur until we checked our bank statements and we had both been charged. When we contacted the company the first lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and basically blamed us for not being aware of the terms and conditions of their policy. We called again and a lady refunded us 50% however she too continued to tell us that we had failed to notice that this was in fact a term and condition of their policy regarding this free sample. I reviewed every single email and notice sent to me and not one of the communications sent by this company made it at all clear that we were obliged to opt out of future services; in fact there was no mention of that in anything that was sent to us. We were directed however to very fine print on their website that was written in very tiny script and in a light grey font that did mention this obligation. I personally believe that this was designed to scam people into trying out a free sample of a product only to be suckered out of $80.00 for a next month’s shipment before it was too late for the consumer to realize. Furthermore, no confirmation email was sent asking us if we we did in fact wish to continue with the service or detailing that we had been charged additional fees.Desired Settlement: We want a 100% refund for the unrequested shipment of their product. We feel that this whole set up was designed to trap unsuspecting consumers and would also like that their website be changed to avoid future problems of this nature.

Review: This company advertises a free trial of their supplement for the cost of shipping ($4.95). Somewhere in the fine print, they say that if you do not call and cancel within 14 days that they will charge your credit card for the full cost of this "free trial". ($78.94) It is deceptive. No one reads the multiple pages of the terms and conditions. Then a charge shows up on your credit card two months later. It is deceptive.Desired Settlement: Stop the deceptive practices on the internet! I am currently working with my credit card company to dispute this charge... but I would like to see this company stop this deceptive practice!!

Review: I came across the website for the cleansing products and started to fill the information out for the free trial. All I was required to pay was the shipping and handling. As I was filling it out and entered my information it continued to tell me my card information was invalid. I then assumed it was not going to work. Days had passed and I received 3 emails stating that my application for the free trial was not completed. 3 weeks later I received the product in the mail and they took the full amount for the 3 bottles that the shipped me out of my bank account. I called them today October 1st and they said they could not do anything for me and I was hung up on twice. I should not have been charged for the product as I didn't even know my application went through. They waited for the trial to expire then they decided to bill me without my knowledge. I told them I wanted my money reimbursed back to my account that I should have only been charged for the shipping and handling as stated and they refused. Review: I signed up for a 14 day trial for their product on Sept. 9th.

On Sept 15th I cancelled this product - I also asked if I had to return anything and they said no, the would waive that fee and it was marked on my file with them. They sent me a confirmation email letting me know that my business with them was finished and I would no longer be getting charged by them. I can provide these if you like.

On Sept 26th they charged me $123.15 (CAN) for the product that I cancelled. I called them and they said that they never charged me anything, but it was clearly on my credit card statement from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get their charge on Sept 26th of $123.15 (CAN) removed from my credit card statement.

Review: I ordered Garcinia Cambogia XT, had 15 days to try the product if I di like it I co called and cancel. I purchase the product online on the 13 of May, and received on the 19 of May. I called to cancel my orders on the 29 of May . The company won't refund my money $78.94.Desired Settlement: I had fifteen days to try the product if I call and cancel my within that time frame they should not charge my credit card. I wanted a refund.

Review: I was charged for two shipments of products that totaled 285.28$. When it should of been 5.95$ for one trial I only got one shipment When I called to cancel, and be re credited I was told no. And they keep trying to get me to continue with the shipments. I didn't even try the pills befor I got these charges.
