The worst service in the history of serviceFirst of all there are numerous interruptions in service, the internet is slower than they claim, and the programming/service is outdated when compared to all other providersThey discontinue service on channels and never tell you, but they will keep charging you until you call, but refuse to issue credit for service they did not provide (because they do not know that DISH discontinued a package, or when they did) (ticket #XXXXXX)This is the worst company I have ever dealt withThis should be illegal to lock associations up for long term contracts and just act as the middle man between the actual signal provider (Dish Network) and the customerThey cannot help with anything because they are not the signal provider, yet they are the ones overcharging at every opportunityI wish I had another choice, but where I live this is the only option due to their agreement with the association
