Product does not work as advertised. Zero response of any kind from the company.
I ordered the "MH-31A8J with OBP installed by W4RT (fully assembled)" product on November 3 for $135 plus $8.65 shipping. I was provided with Order ID : XXXXXXXX at that time.
The product arrived on November 7. I quickly found the product to not operate well, and was in fact unusable. It is a microphone for a radio - and no one can hear my speach with this product without shouting into it, which is not the case with the factory microphone.
Attempts to contact the company by email on November 7 and again on November 9 have met with no response of any kind.
