I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did end up making the deal with the business but they still would not stick with the original agreement we hadWas still a good deal but not happy that it wasn't the same due to it being on a bill of sale which took place in OctoberI did keep in touch with my sales man around every two weeks until I found out he was let gothen I talked to other people in the store which is when I started having problemsI did get my new bike but they didn't want to make the trade or get the bike I agreed upon until I called Harley Davidson, used Revdex.com and called an attorneythey then called back and said they would do there best to make the tradethe day I signed and picked the bike up the sales manager was nice about everything and helpful but the finance lady was notI had questions on certain things and she wasn't helpful with letting me know as well as very pushy everything went her wayI did not like how some of what she wanted to do and legally I didn't have to do what she wantedshe became very upset when I told her I didn't want to and when I called to get proof I didn't have toafter that had happened she was very moody and unprofessionalsome arguing did go on between us after that pointI would not recommend this place to any one from this point forward

This customer was apparently in our Dealership shopping for the best price on a bike that we did not haveI say apparently because I personalty never had a chance to talk to himHe was dealing with one of my sales rep at that timeHowever he did call and talk a sales rep around ten
days ago and was very unprofessional to put it mildlyAt this point is when I got involved has the General Manager to try and defuse the situationAt this point I personalty explained to the customer that we were sorry for the confusion in this matterI tied explaining to the customer that we have no control on exact time of a delivery will be here from the factoryIf he could give me a few days to get the bike to suit his wants and needsThe customer at this time was fineI continued personally staying in touch with updates with this particular customerMy last conversation with him was last Wednesday the 24th of JanuaryAt this time the customer and myself had another conversationI explained to the customer that I was on my way to a Dealer show just wanted to keep him updatedI told the customer that I would be back on Tuesday the 30th and I am sure we will reach a solutionOn Tuesday the 30th I contacted the customer and we came to a agreement that he was happy withAt this time my finance manager obtain the customers information to start the purchase of a new bikeHe was very happy that we had resolved this situationHe is supposed to take delivery of the new bike on Friday February 2ndIf there is any other information you need please do not hesitate to call our email
