Very nice experience!

As mentioned previously, we are unable to fund prepaid cards. If the customer goes to her bank and opens up a traditional checking/savings account, we would be more than happy to assist her.

My agent Charsom [redacted] was very expedient, helpful, kind and professional. He helped me with the loan process every step of the way and made continuous follow-ups Ensure that I was taking care of. I appreciate his Professional Knowledge and attitude and guiding me the process successfully my loan expeditiously.

We have not received any payments; and we have a signed contract between the customer and our company.

I applied for a loan with Opp and I had the money I needed in less than 24 hours. My loan officer Makita worked with me through a couple of issues and her response was very quick she stayed with me through the whole process until I got the approval of my loan. She was very proficient and very cordial she made my experience a good one.

Charsom was the one that helped us..very helpful and prompt. Can't believe how fast the process was! Highly Recommend them!! Thanks again

The application process is quite simple and terms are laid out transparently. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Due to technical difficulties, this application was not processed in a timely fashion. However, I just spoke to the customer to inform her that her loan was approved and she will receive her funds on 4/17.

The customer service representative Charsom was very polite and the service he provided was good. I got approved fast and no hassle. Thanks to him.

The rep's were every pleasant and knowledgeable. Charson was very helpful, and responded as he said he would. He was informative and able answer all question. Unlike other companys I spend a minimum time on hold.
