We developed a website and provided several months of subsequent marketing for [redacted] Services. Addressing the charge of not returning a phone call or email for several months not accurate. We did change our number from some dated tracking lines back to our original. We did miss some calls overall...

during the changeover, but this operation was far from several months. [redacted] is not under contract to or do they pay for a service at this time. We currently do business in two cities and the Racine office is by appointment only, as stated on the door. At no time have any customers, including [redacted], had emails sent back to them. I am not sure why that is asserted as we us it daily. Regarding the October 15th date and the claim that they had not been contacted during this time is also inaccurate as proven in the attached photo of my own email tread dates and the pasted email below showing the great detail that I delivered to try and help the [redacted]'s with their request for website control. Please see below that the [redacted]'s received the information and additionally that the dates do not match the assertion of lack of communication as stated. IScore Marketing & Creative, LLC
