although they said they will go on a test drive , I was not assured that the problem would be taken care of to my liking.they just want to hear the problem again

The service manager (Sam) said he spoke to the customer. Sam said the customer was unable to come in because hes been busy at work and his hours at work and the hours that our service department are open didn't work out. He said he would schedule an appointment when he can work out his schedule.
