Review: - Service was provided on 1/**/2011- At the time I was covered by health insurance from United Health Care.- A claim for these services were never sent to any insurance companies, no claims were ever filed.- There was no contact with me before deciding about withholding claims to any insurance companies, and no contacts before forwarding it to collections.I got to learn about this collection only today, while routine yearly checks on my credit report.I had several procedures and surgery done at this place, and this is related to just a tiny fraction of the cost of all services there. Tried contacting them today, they were extremely rude, unprepared and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Please contact my insurance company back at that time for payment:United Health Care###-###-####Group # [redacted]And fix the wrong data on my public records
