After a recent issue with a lock not installing codes and staff not being available to remove backup codes, it as explained to us that the reason the system malfunctioned was due to the way it was initially set up. As our set up has always been the same, it logically follows that, according to Operto, the system has never functioned properly. Therefore we are seeking a refund of all billed charges.
