The company's response is not satisfactory. They never did their job right and never took accountability for the poor work. Of course I wasn't going to be happy with the tint not cut to size of my windows and bubbles in the tint. The pictures attached to my complaint show the poor work they did. I would never bother to file a complaint for no reason. It would be a waste of my time. This company does not know how to take accountability for their actions. Since the beginning they never admitted that the tint was not done correctly. They simply stated that it was small sections that weren't cut right, it was a spot that's hard to get to, and they could redo it. I do not have time to be running my car back and forth. It should have been done right the first time. They are supposed to be a professional company. They never apologized or anything. I was expecting a great experience because all I heard of them was good. My experience with them was far from great. They treated me like I was exaggerating and didn't know what I was talking about.
