email on website is incorrect; phone number does not allow the opportunity to talk to someone; website claims 24/7 customer support. Numerous attempts made to contact. Product does not perform as expected.

Business has an invalid email listed on their website. The number provided goes unanswered and you're unable to leave a message for a return call. They advertise 24/7 customer support which is apparently a misrepresentation since we were never able to reach the company. We made 5 attempts. Four of the attempts were prior to receiving the product. After receiving the product, which was not working as expected we got the same results.

This company is fraudulent. The phone number is not real. You cant send emails. I never recieved my order. Was charged 50.38 never got my order. I dont want other people frauded
