Review: I had purchased a year's worth of website services back in July. I sold this business in November. I've been shutting down operations, including the website. I've ended domain registration. I contacted OpenHerd in December asking them to prorate the cost of the website through the end of the month, because I sold the business. They refused, stating that its against their policy to do so.Desired Settlement: They offer monthly website services at a rate of $19.95 per month. I paid $199 for a year. I'd like to pay for the months I used the website at the monthly fee for a total of $119.70, receiving a refund of $79.30.

If they still refuse to grant me a refund this way, I'd like the website taken down and my account to be deleted.
