Review: I purchased a car with a front bracket in NJ. It is required to have a bracket and the dealership told me they didn't have one that fit, but I could purchase one and they would refund the cost. I did that, and they will not refund the cost of the bracket. I personally drove the receipt to their office and hand delivered it to the manager and they said they lost it and the burden is on me to keep tracking them down, to reprovide another receipt cause, "you know, stuff happens". They are simply trying to not pay me the $55 they agreed to pay for selling a $26,500 car without a bracket.Desired Settlement: They mail me [redacted] check without further hassle. No call is needed and no further explanation, just the check they agreed upon.

Review: Back in May I had purchased a used X3 from Open Road in Edison. When I came back for my plates, they told me they did not have my title but that “it would come separately and within two weeks”.
That sounded odd, as how could they have the plates, and registration but not the title?
That was June. It is now September, and they still have not gotten me my title. I called several times, left a message for the sales person, and even sent a similar email to the open road bmw website.
No response from them. I guess now that they have sold me a car, they don’t really care.
Can you please look into this and help me out? I appreciate it. My cell phone is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Provide me with a title to the car.
