I've tried to reach [redacted] to inquire on the dates he submitted the paperworkI received confiramation for Volkswagen's Office manager that the " [redacted] warranty was documented as cancelled in their system ojn Friday,9/22/I am trying to find out what the delay wasIt appears to be an administrative delayThe money is sent to the dealership and we in turn issue a check to the customer or to the fiancing bank if the car is being financedIt could be weeks before the check is processedThe office is doing everything they can to expedite itWe will continue to communicate with [redacted] ***.Sincerely,Missi C [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:No one has tried to reach out to me Jonathan K*** asked me to email him to cancel the contact On 2-17-I email him to cancel the contactI have contacted Jonathan on multiple text, email and phone calls about my refund, him just gave me excuses after excusesI stop by the dealership and spoke to Anthony S*** He said he would help me He told me in June that the office manager said the contact was cancelled and that she would call me the next day I never got a call and when I asked him to help me, he said Jonathan would have to handle the refund Jonathan never gets back to me I always have to call him and always the same answer, no answer On 9/22/I contacted the dealer via email and Brian T*** email me back It appears that after I email him, someone cancelled the contact that day I have spoken to *** *** today They told me it was cancelled on 9/22/at 61.84% of my cost $and the dealer will receive a statement from them around 10/15/ I expect a refund amount to be from 2-17- I should not have to paid for a warranty from 2/17/to 9/22/on a car that was turned into VW in March Thank you,*** ***
