We have had a very negative experience with this company. They are a scam. They sent a phishing fax that a naive employee responded to at our company, merely updating our company name. That was enough for them to send us a bill for $1,188 for each of the next two years, etc. I still have not successfully gotten them to drop the charges. We will see what happens from here. DO NO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

My company received an invoice for $1,188.00 from Open Business Solutions, LLC dated 2015-04-01 for "work performed" on a "Listing @ Business Directory www.yellow-page-usa.com." We had never heard of this website or the business. There was no answer at their phone number [redacted]. The Revdex.com in Mississippi has posted a warning about this company and website at http://www.Revdex.com.org/mississippi/news-events/Revdex.com-warnings/2015/02/Re...⇄ It is a scam. I have reported them to the Revdex.com, the FTC and the State Attorneys General in our home state and in Delaware since the address on the invoice is 501 Silverside Road PMB #106, Wilmington, DE 19809. I informed them of these actions via the email listed on the invoice: [email protected], and directed them to cease all communication with my company. As of April 21, we have heard nothing else from them.
