We engaged the Lexington, KY branch of this company to eradicate bed bugs from a room in our houseWe were promised by Mark the Inspector, that they would be out to the house at AM FridayDuring the week he even called to confirm thisWe spent the week doing as we were advised by him, washing and bagging all articles of cloth in the houseWe got up at AM Friday to wash our bed sheetsWe wait until 9:AM and then call the Mark and the officeThey tell us that they may be around to do the job between PM to PM because his supervisor changed the scheduleWe called the supervisor he was busy and called back by 11:PM He argued on the phone for minutes with my father, making excuses and off loading blame
We severed our business relationship with them because of breach of verbal contract and no offer of remedy and will be using another firm
