Ad says you have a washer and dryer, ours in our unit did not work, had buttons missing missingIt would fill up and stopI called the front deadly and finally after many attempts got a gentleman that said he would send engineering overWe waited till midnight and no one showed up!! Oh did I mention I had to rig the phone cord because the cord was broken We get up at 5am Saturday July 30th to go to Disney and get back about midnight to having housekeeping not leaving towels which I had to pay for the housekeeping services and they left dirty linenI call the front desk again and they don't answerSo we after being out in the scorching hot sun can't even shower!!!!! I go in the morning to go to the office to complain about the issues and get towels and a manager isn't available to take my complaintI go back at check out and the manager that I just seen came out to get one of the other tenants is conveniently In a meeting and can't talk to me
