Review: My husband Jovon purchased a Nurf bar & when we received it , it was damaged I sent picture to this company & was told that UPS will pick up the package & that they will call us first. Well that has not happen I have called this company several time along with my husband & we were told they (UPS) will call us before they come & if they don't called by Monday to call back. My husband called and spoke to someone name Tony and he stated again someone will call us & when I called today I was told the UPS does not call & that we need to just leave the package outside. I ask the customer rep several times can we drop the item off to UPS where we picked it up from & they refuse and stated we need to leave it outside. My concern is it's holiday time and people steal so I don't want to just leave an expensive item outside. This company customer service reps have lied to be and my husband for a week & the supervisor is no help I spoke to someone today he told me to leave the item outside & when I asked again about dropping the package off he stated no I can't do that & to leave it outside. I ask him to have his supervisor to call me because the customer service sucks & no one I spoke to was helpful. We just want the items we purchased that was damage on arrival to be replaceDesired Settlement: ITEM REPLACED
