Ontime Locksmith

Review: I called this company to come change the locks on my rental property. Per the man on the phone it was a $30 service charge and $20 a key. Appointment was at 11am. They called at 11 and said they would be an hour late, I was already at the property, so I rescheduled for 3pm. At 5 til 3pm they called and would be 19 min. late. When the technician arrived he quoted me $49 a lock. I have 6 locks so the total would be $324. I told them that was too much and would find someone else. He then said he would do it for $180. I told him that was too much and would find someone else. He then tried to talk me into a lower price so I explained what the man on the phone quoted me and what was on their web page. He could not understand this. He kept arguing with me about the price until I told him I was calling the police, he would not leave my house. At this point he walks out and tells me I wasted his time and I should pay him for the $30 service call. I told him no as he was to give me a quote not try and con me into paying $324. He was very upset that I wasted his time, although they were late to both the appointments set, and started telling me I was an unhappy old lady and a few other choice words. He was so angry that I was worried about my rental property being vacant and had to ask the neighbors to watch after explaining the situation to them.Desired Settlement: I believe someone should note that this company is trying to con customers by quoting one price on the phone and then sending out a technician to quote outrageous prices to see if the customer will pay that for their services.
