Ontime DVD Store

Review: I ordered a set of DVDs from Ontimedvd.com in August. The web site show the DVDs displayed as those on other web sites are.The merchandise did arrive, albeit in paper sleeves, and they came from China which leads me to believe that the web site is misleading - it appears to be a bootlegging operation of which I was completely unaware. I discovered that due to the duplication of three of the DVDs I was also missing three DVDs. I contacted customer service, and I did receive an email from them inquiring about the problem. I responded, giving them a detailed account, including the episodes that I was missing; this was on August [redacted]. On September [redacted], I inquired as to the status of the order, and was told that it would take ten to fourteen working days to receive the merchandise. On September [redacted] I once again emailed inquiring as to status. I did not receive a reply. I once again called customer service, and was told that they would send a referral - again nothing. After four more phone calls to customer service, on October [redacted] I did receive an email asking me what the problem was. I again responded with the details. I have not had any communication since then, despite two more emails to OntimeDVD. On 10-**-13 I spoke with yet another customer service rep, who can offer no explanation. She took my information, and promised me someone would get in touch with me within 48-hours. It is now more that 48 hours, and I've not had any communication.Desired Settlement: I would like the three DVDs for which I have paid but not received.
