Review: I purchased one lock wallet from an addon TV on 08/06/2015 with my check debit card. They kind of force an additional wallet for double the S/P. No option to say no. So fine I still needed a new wallet and their product looked good. my wallet still has not arrived. I have made several calls to inquire why? They state that they sold out and more would be coming in soon. I continued to call due to the fact that are still actively selling their wallet every night. I asked for a refund and they declined stating that that department was not set up for that type of issue. I asked to be transferred to the department that does and my call was dropped on three separate calls. So feeling a little put out and not wanting theses activities to continue I have registered a complaint with the [redacted]l RE:[redacted] LOCKWALLET. I also filled with the [redacted] with the same complaint.[redacted] They have not been willing to work with me so these are my only options and, I an very grateful they are here for me. Please adviseDesired Settlement: Send me the wallet I have ordered and we will all be happy.

WI am rejecting this response because: I called them back several times. They told me they were back ordered but, they STILL WERE TAKING NEW ORDERS EVERYDAY. I will respond again if and when I receive my wallets.

Review: I think its delivery issue and product issue coz I order my pillow last January 13 2015 and they send me an email stating that my order will be deliver in the time frame of 2-3 period. 4 weeks is pass and I called them through costumer service and the lady who answer my call saying that they need to order it first. And she also said that it takes 2 weeks to get their order in ontario. So I waited for another two weeks and I call again and I ask the guy where is my order and he said that I didn't even wait for 6 week period for standard delivery of their product. I got mad cos I been waiting for two months already and still no delivery. But the thing I don't understand is they send me an email saying it will deliver within 2-3 weeks. Now its almost April and still no delivery. I waited for this long cos I need that pillow. And if I did not report this who will? I just want my pillow ASAP and I want them that doing this not notifying their costumer about this issue if you dont call them you will never know. Please help me with this.Desired Settlement: I want them to send my pillow and if its possible I can get any discount or even free on this one coz I been waiting for almost 3 months now.

Review: I placed an order in September (Order number DR-[redacted]) and I never got the product. When I call the "Ontel" phone number provided on the receipt of my order the phone number does not work (busy signal). I sent an email and have received no reply. I called the phone number that they advertise on their commercial and the representative said she ca only take new orders and directed me to the customer service phone number (###-###-####). When you call customer service you constantly get transferred to their "promotional department" and when a representative gets on the phone and I explain why I am calling, they either hang up or tell me to call ([redacted]) which is toll-free information.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in full. I DO NOT want a product from a company that has such blatant deceptive sales and service practices. This is theft. They took my money and have not provided a product and they have not outlets to resolve the issue.

And since the customer no longer wants the product, the order was cancelled on October 30, 2013. An email notification was sent to the customer in this regard. The customer's credit card was not charged. Review: Talking to a Machine to place order for foot angel lady on machine got my credit card info and proceded to add thing to my order I did not want such as gift cards , magazines etc. tried to stop this order no results dealing with their machine . Tried calling could not talk to anyone to just cancel the order. She said if I did not want the magazines etc. I could call their customer support after a period and deal with them on cancelling ?

Thank you so much for the speedy service you have provided on my complaint below. I am ready accept the offer as stated in the attachment with these exceptions. What started this complaint in the first place was when I placed the order the person(on answer machine) kept adding things to my order I did not want like gift cards and magazines they were going to be billed separate I do not know if this will be billed to me later.Thanks again Mrs. [redacted] for all your help I will be out of town all next wk so will not be able to respond to any mail .If you can get their assurance I want be billed later for any of the things cited above I will consider the complaint#[redacted] closed. However I would like to complain that the way Foot Angel tried to bill me for things I did not want should not be legal and borders on the fraud side I sure do wish you would relay this to them. Keep in mind I was dealing with a machine that already had my credit card info.It's not really the money involved in this issue it's the principle of the thing.Again thanks so much for all your help.

Review: I ordered a product from this company online (a "Pop Clocky") over 1 month ago. I never received the product and when I called to inquire they could not locate the order. I was told the issue would be escalated and I would receive a call back. I never received a call back. In the interim, I emailed the customer service email address 3 times and never received a response. I called back again today and was told there is a "download issue" and I will receive the order in 3 to 6 weeks. However, they still can't see my order and confirm what my order was.
