Sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Have had the program on the hydro for my bakery for over 2 years. My averages were a lot higher due to my consumption usage on the mid and on peak times. I have saved a decent amount of money since joining with them in the beginning of 2017

They phoned my business with the wrong name for the owner. When I told them I wasn't interested, the rep got snarly and said "Fine. Suffer when your rates go up then" and hung up.
